DCA Advisory Services has years of “hands on” knowledge and experience in the disability sector where issues demand positive action not just words.

DCAAS can show you how to realign your organisation to help you prosper under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. We will give you step-by-step guidelines and strategies to follow and assist you with implementation.

DCAAS know-how will assist organisations to
• analyse their current position,
• identify areas for action and
• develop future plans and the implementation of those plans.

In transitioning to the NDIS, these unique skills will assist an organisation to improve and develop revenue streams, prepare business, strategic, marketing, workforce and financial plans, quality assurance reviews and governance training.

To succeed in the NDIS landscape, organisations need assistance in the development of the necessary capabilities for the organisation to survive and flourish. The first step in the process is for DCA to carry out a business health check.
